Last night was our last show of the year and what a year it has been! It feels like a million years ago since we put up the demo of ‘Open Eyes’ last Christmas day. We hadn’t yet finished Coexist, we hadn’t played live in 2 years, we didn’t know what might come next. What did come next, was so much more than we could have ever expected. So from all of us we just want to say THANK YOU! To everyone who listened, bought, downloaded, borrowed, Coexist. Everyone who came to see us at festivals throughout the summer and were so open to the new songs, before they knew them. Everyone who came to see us on tour all over the world. Lostprophets announce a very unfortunate cancellation of their of their show dates in Russia and Japan.
Here is the full message:
”We’ve been having a difficult time drafting this message for you guys because it’s something we’ve never had to do before. Over the course of our career, we’ve prided ourselves on fighting through all obstacles to deliver our music to friends and fans across the globe. However, there are certain circumstances in life which are beyond our control, and in this instance, we’ve had to make the gut-wrenching decision to cancel shows.
Due to a critical illness in the Lostprophets family, the band has unfortunately decided to cancel our dates in Russia and Japan. Words cannot express how saddened we are by this – our international fans always make us so welcome and we are so sorry to do this to you. We promise we will do everything in our power to get back to Russia and Japan as soon as possible to make up for this.

Along their North American tour Radiohead have been debuting cut songs! They have played two already “Identikit” and “Cut A Hole”. This video reveals their third debut of a song called “Skirting On The Surface”.
